The system moving our way will
bring small rain chances along with moderately
strong winds into tomorrow morning. It will be
dry Friday, but it will remain rather windy.
Temperatures will continue to be well below
average for this time of year for a few more
days, but a little warm-up appears to be due
around the 4th and should last 3 or 4 days.
